How following your request works
Every request you finish through ETIAS Entry is given a small reference number, which is included in your very first confirmation email. This is the easiest way to find your file later, whenever you write to our team or look back through your inbox.
Following your request happens mostly through email. We deliberately keep these messages quiet and useful — you will never be flooded with little notifications. You will hear from us when something genuinely moves your request forward, when our team has finished a quiet review, or when we need a small clarification from you.
The gentle stages you will see
Each request moves through a small number of clearly named stages. Knowing these in advance makes the whole experience feel calmer and more predictable.
- Received — your details are safely with us, attached to your reference number.
- Quietly reviewing — a real person on our team is reading every line of your details.
- A small clarification (only sometimes) — we send a friendly email if a question would help.
- Final preparation — your file is being tidied up, ready for the next step.
- Closed — your request is complete and gently archived against your account.
What each email update looks like
Our update emails are written so a traveller can read them in less than a minute. Every update includes your reference number, which stage you are in, anything we may need from you (and we will always be specific), and the next expected step. Nothing is buried in long paragraphs.
If we ever do need a small clarification — about a passport detail, an arrival airport, anything — the request is written in plain English and includes an example of what a complete reply looks like.
If a message has not arrived yet
Most missing-update questions are simply explained by an email that has wandered into a spam, promotions, or junk folder. Please check those first. Adding our support email address to your contacts almost always helps.
If your email address has changed since you began, please write to our team and we will gently update your account so future updates reach you reliably.
If you are not sure which email address you used at the start, please write to us with your name and we will quietly find your file together with you. We will never share your information with anyone else.
An honest word about timing
ETIAS Entry is a private travel assistance team. We can quickly confirm we have received your details and complete our own gentle review, but we are not the official authority — and we cannot speed up anything that sits with the official side. We will never promise instant approval, expedited handling, or guaranteed outcomes — and please be cautious of any service that does.
If you have a particular travel date in mind, the kindest thing you can do is begin a little early and reply quickly to any friendly clarification email from our team.
Keeping your information private while you follow along
Updates are only ever sent to the email address used when you finished the questionnaire. We will never discuss the contents of your request with anyone other than you, or someone you have explicitly asked us to write to in writing.
