Service fees vs government fees
Our service fees relate exclusively to the private assistance we provide — guided forms, application review, and email support. Government-related fees, where applicable, are separate and outside our control.
Refund eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the stage of your assistance request and whether the service has begun. Requests submitted before review work has started are generally easier to refund. Once review work has begun, partial or no refund may apply.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact our support team via the Contact page. Include your assistance request reference and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds are not provided for situations outside our control — including, but not limited to, government-related decisions, traveler-supplied inaccuracies, or changes in personal travel plans after review work has been completed.
Processing timelines
Approved refunds are processed within a reasonable period after confirmation. Final timing depends on payment providers and may vary.
