How the fees are made up
Every ETIAS request involves two small, separate amounts. Knowing the difference helps you read the summary calmly, with no surprises.
- An official fee — a flat amount linked to the ETIAS arrangement itself. It is the same for every traveller, no matter who is helping.
- Our gentle assistance fee — what we charge for the patient human help we provide: the friendly questionnaire, the careful review by a real person, and the quiet email support.
Both amounts are shown clearly inside the questionnaire summary before anything is sent. There are no extra charges added later.
The official fee
This is a flat amount linked to ETIAS itself. It is the same regardless of which assistance team is helping. We do not keep any part of this fee — it is simply passed along.
Some travellers are not asked to pay this official fee, depending on age or other circumstances. Where that is the case, our questionnaire takes it into account quietly.
Our gentle assistance fee
Our fee covers the patient, human help we provide:
- A calm, easy-to-read questionnaire.
- A real person who reads every line of your details.
- Friendly, plain-English email updates as things move along.
- Email support — day or night — written by a real person.
- Access to our quiet library of travel-preparation guides.
Our fee is what allows us to keep a real human team, rather than a cold automated process.
Three friendly speeds to choose from
We offer three speeds, so you can pick the one that fits your travel plans. Every speed includes the same patient human review — the only difference is how soon your file moves to the front of our quiet queue.
- Standard — included in the assistance fee. Lovely if you are preparing well in advance of your trip.
- Faster — a small extra amount, for travellers who would like their file moved up in our queue.
- Fastest — our highest priority, for travellers preparing close to their travel date.
Please remember: choosing a faster speed only changes how quickly we look at your file. It does not change the official side of things, which is outside our control.

What is not included
We do not handle anything that goes beyond the gentle assistance described above. We do not represent travellers before any government office. We do not give legal or immigration advice. We do not provide visa services.
We are a private travel assistance team and are not affiliated with the European Union. The decisions on your travel authorisation are always made by the official authorities, not by us.
Refunds, gently explained
Whether a refund is possible depends on where your file is in our quiet review at the moment a refund is requested. Our Refund Policy explains the small framework in plain English. We encourage you to read it before requesting a refund, so the outcome matches what you expect.
No surprises, ever
We do not add charges later. We do not renew anything automatically. We do not charge separately for support, small corrections, or status updates — those are all included. If a price is not shown inside the questionnaire summary, it will not appear on your bill.
