We are not affiliated with the European Union, the European Commission, or any government office. The decisions on your travel authorisation are always made by the official authorities, not by us.

Do I have to use a service like yours?+

No, not at all. You are very welcome to prepare your details on your own. We are simply here for travellers who would like a calmer experience and a real person to write to if anything looks unfamiliar.

Do you guarantee my application will be approved?+

No, and we would never make that promise. No assistance team can guarantee the outcome of any travel authorisation — please be cautious of anyone who suggests otherwise. What we can promise is the patience and care of our own quiet review.

Beginning the questionnaire

How long does the questionnaire take?+

Most travellers complete it in a single, unhurried sitting. We gently encourage you to set aside a quiet moment so you can read each question carefully — there is no benefit at all to rushing.

What should I have nearby before I begin?+

Please have your passport open in front of you, an email address you check regularly, and a rough idea of where you will arrive in Europe and the address of your first night. If you are preparing for family members, please gather everyone's passports together.

When is the right time to begin?+

Whenever you feel calm and unhurried. We always encourage starting well before your trip, simply so there is plenty of time for any small correction without any pressure.

Can I prepare for my whole family in one go?+

Yes — please do. The questionnaire is happy to handle several travellers in the same request, with each passport recorded separately so nothing gets confused.

What if my travel dates are not finalised yet?+

That is perfectly fine. You may begin now and update your dates later through the Make a Small Correction page. Don't worry — small updates are part of how travel works.

Honest pricing

Are there official fees in addition to your fee?+

Yes — a small official fee is part of the ETIAS arrangement itself. Both the official fee and our gentle assistance fee are shown clearly inside the questionnaire summary before anything is sent. The official fee is the same regardless of which assistance team is helping you.

What does your assistance fee cover?+

The patient questionnaire, the careful human review by a real person, friendly status emails, and our day-or-night email support. Our Honest Pricing page has a calm, full breakdown.

Are there any hidden fees?+

No, never. Every amount is shown inside the questionnaire summary before anything is sent. We do not add charges later. We do not renew anything automatically. Support and small corrections are always included.

Can I pay online right now?+

Online payment is paused at the moment. After you finish the questionnaire, we will write to you by email about the estimated total and the next gentle step. This keeps your information safe and gives you time to look over the summary first.

Timing and updates

How long does the human review take?+

It depends on how clear your details are, how complex the trip is, the speed you have chosen, and how quickly you reply to any friendly question from our team. We will never promise specific timings beyond our own quiet review.

How will I receive updates?+

By email, sent to the address you used when finishing the questionnaire. We deliberately keep updates quiet and useful — only the messages that genuinely move things forward.

What if I do not see an email I was expecting?+

Please check your spam, promotions, and junk folders first — emails sometimes wander in there. If nothing is found, please write to us with your reference number and a real person will look into it.

Small corrections, cancellations, and refunds

What if I notice a small slip after I have finished?+

Don't worry — that happens often, and it is easy to fix. Please write to our team or use the Make a Small Correction page. Include your reference number and a short note about what should be changed. We will gently update your file and re-check the surrounding details.

Can I cancel my request?+

Yes, of course. You may cancel through the Cancel My Request page or by writing to our team. Whether a refund is possible depends on where your file is in our review at the moment of cancellation — please see the Refund Policy.

Will my refund cover the official fee?+

Official fees are not part of our gentle assistance fee, and we do not keep them. Refund treatment of the official fee follows the rules of the ETIAS arrangement itself, which can be different from our own policy.

Is my information kept private?+

How do I write to a real person?+

Please use our Talk To Us page. You may write at any time of day or night, and a real person on our team will reply — typically within one day. We do not run a phone line; quiet, written replies give us the time to answer carefully and make sure nothing is misunderstood.

Do you offer help in languages other than English?+

Our main language is English. If you are more comfortable writing in another language, please send your message anyway — we will do our best to understand and reply clearly.
